AT 273: Office Procedures

This course familiarizes students with basic procedures used in the automated office with emphasis on efficiency and professionalism. The value of interpersonal, as well as technical skills, is emphasized.

Course Objectives: When the course is completed you will be able to:

  • use the computer to prepare various written communication using current acceptable guidelines
  • manage a business office effectively
  • communicate is a professional manner

Emails will be responded to no later than 48 hours or by the end of business on Monday for mail received over the weekend.
